A 6-week journey to explore self-care for 5th + 6th grade girls
Shine Self-Care Club helps girls develop a lifelong toolkit for physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, + social well-being by building self-awareness, resilience, and confidence through simple, age-appropriate self-care practices. The self-care skills taught in this club can improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance social skills.
