Calling all Pokemon Trainers to "Join Our Club!"
Who?
Pokemon Trading Card Game is suitable for all ages! PLE students who can hold the cards calmly and treat them with care are invited to join the club! Sessions are produced and supervised by PLE parents.
What?
We enjoy collecting and playing (battling) with our favorite pokemon cards! Over 6 weeks, we will learn the basics of Pokemon Trading Card Game, learn deck-building strategies, and compete in tournaments to win Prize Cards.
When/Where?
Wednesdays @ 4pm-5:30pm
North Campus Library
Session dates: Feb 5, Feb 12, Feb 19, Feb 26, Mar 5, Mar 12
Why?
Students will learn:
- Math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and probability)
- Reading (fictional lore, dense non-fiction instructions)
- Sportsmanship (playing fair, competing to win!)
- Critical Thinking (trial and error, strategic planning)
- ALL WHILE HAVING FUN!!!
Registration is $99 and includes:
6 Sessions of Instruction from experienced Pokemaniacs
